Flatmate wanted !

Hi!! My name's Divya and I'm looking for a female/NB flatmate to live with me in my 2 bed flat, for 5 MONTHS from 11th Dec 2024 to 11th May 2025. If you want to stay longer you have the option of re-signing for longer, I will just be leaving after then so you'll have to look for a new flatmate :)

Each room has an en suite - one bathroom has a shower and the other one has a bath - and the beds are both double sized. The flat has a communal living room which is open plan with the kitchen, and a dishwasher + washing machine. Also we have a small balcony.

Rent is £615 each per month inc wifi and bills are around £150 each including council tax, so in total just under £775 pp/m. Council tax is Band C.

I'm quite a sociable and outgoing person however I do enjoy my alone time and would want my flatmate to respect that :) I work in the charity sector, I'd like to live with another professional but not picky what they do. Just no Tories please !!! Also someone who aligns with wanting Palestine to be free is a pre-requisite 🍉 I need to feel safe with the person I'm living with.

I am a relatively clean person (sometimes a bit disorganised lol but always hygienic etc), and I clean things to destress. I'd want my flatmate to be a similar level of clean too e. g. dishes in the sink every now and then is fine and bins taken out regularly. Just to manage expectations though if you need things extremely clean I'm not your gal as I don't have the time to vacuum and clean daily.

I love cooking, listening to music, watching films, going out for drinks + meals, live gigs, art, museums, swimming etc ! Would also really love someone I can be good friends with and just hang with 1 on 1 after a long day at work.

Also !!! Dogs are welcome and are allowed to live in the building, not cats though as I am allergic :(
