Has it’s own bathroom not the ensuite but very large.
Located 20 minute walk to city centre.
Bills come out about £200 extra a month dependent on use.
This includes internet, electricity, water and council tax.

Looking for preferably somone who doesn’t work from home all of the time or if they do work from home a few days a week is happy to work from there room x

About me:
I work 9-5 however I’m probably out of the flat 8-6 most days and at weekend like to keep myself busy whether out w friends/ the gym/pilates / food etc. I like to keep the flat nice and tidy as I want it to feel nice to come home to. I’d also be looking for somone who isn’t wanting to have party’s/afters that sort of thing 😂
