Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I am moving out to live with my partner. Move in date will be on the 26th of March.

ROOM
It is a large en suite double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, furnished with the following: double bed, 2 bedside and a big chest of 4 drawers. Although the room has an en suite, there is a bathroom you can share with another tenant.

FLAT
The flat is furnished and located in Castlefield along the canals. It is 5 minutes walk away from Deansgate tram and train station, close to a lot of shops, bars, gyms, etc., and has a very nice view. Although it's near the Dukes 92, The Wharf and other bars, it's not too loud at night.

And since spring is just around the corner, you can as well enjoy a large balcony with the view of Castlefield Basin.

FLATMATE
You will be sharing the flat with a 25-year-old male. He is a solicitor and works full time. He is clean and tidy, and respectful of people’s privacy.

The following are current monthly bills which are shouldered by BOTH tenants:

Internet £30

Roughly £190 each person

VIEWING
I'm off on the weekends and 1 random weekday, depending on my rota. But I'm free after work from 6:15 pm onwards.

LANDLORD’S REQUIREMENTS
-No CCJs(County Court Judgement)
-Minimum annual salary of £20,250
-Must have the right to rent(Citizen or Share Code)
