A double room in my 3 bed flat is available from 1st February 26, it’s in West Tower overlooking the roof terrace. We are searching for someone who is happy to stay for a minimum of 15 months (3 months on the current lease before renewing for 12 months). Bills are not included except Internet.

The room is furnished and includes an Ottoman bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of draws, 2 bed side tables as well as a shared bathroom with toilet, sink & shower.

The flat also contains a laundry room with separate washing machine/dryer and an open plan lounge which includes a dining room table with chairs, L-shaped sofa, arm chairs, kitchen island with high chairs, drinks cooler, dishwasher, built-in fridge/freezer + microwave/oven and plenty of cabinets for storage.

The biggest selling point of all is the amazing amenities Deansgate Square has to offer which includes co-working spaces, a rooftop garden, gym, pool, sport hall which are free for residents.
