Hi, my flatmate is moving out on 25th May and I am looking for someone to take over his tenancy.

It’s a furnished double room with own bathroom in a 2 bed flatshare on the 3rd floor. The room is not en-suite, but the main bathroom will be completely yours to use. Location is Castlefield, with a 5 minute walk to Cornbrook Tram stop.

Rent is £650 pcm with £650 deposit and bills (council tax + electricity) coming upto £150 pcm individually.

Access to the Balcony/Terrace is not available at the moment due to construction work which is supposed to finish later this year.
