It’s a furnished double room with own bathroom in a 2 bed flatshare on the 3rd floor. The room is not en-suite, but the main bathroom will be completely yours to use. Location is Castlefield, with a 5 minute walk to Cornbrook Tram stop.
Please note that I do have an indoor pet cat that lives on the premises.
Rent is £675 pcm with £675 deposit and bills (council tax + electricity + wifi) coming upto £150 pcm individually.
