Looking for a flatmate

Looking for a flatmate in my 2 bedroom ground floor city centre flat in the Castlefield area.

The place is located near public transport: Cornbrook is 5 mins and Deansgate tram stop and Deansgate train station are a 10 mins walk away. And within a 20 mins walking distance you'll be able to get to the city centre of Manchester.

I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. I work at a 9-5 job Mon-Fri and want someone with similar schedules. The patio is accessed from the room I'm renting so it'll be all yours. We'll share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished but happy to accommodate you if you have furniture you want to place in to the bedroom (the bed is the only thing that has to stay).

I posted it as 6 months rental, but if we get on well I might be open to longer term as well.

Bills are NOT included. The water and electricity bills combined are between £120-150/person in the winter months, but it's significantly lower during summer. The apartment is Council tax band D, so the monthly payment is £82 per person per month.

A little bit about me: I'm 33 and share my flat with my cat (last picture). I often work from home and after work I'm quite active, go to workout and dance classes or meet up with friends, cook etc. My weekends are similar, I'd go and see my friends (some live in Leeds and London) or host them when they come to Manchester. In my free time, I like reading, trying out new restaurants and bars in the city, doing something creative , and travelling.
