I’m leaving the property to move in with my partner and would like someone to take my place. The rent is incredibly reasonable and bills only add another £100-£200 per month.
The flat is large, with a large living space and fully furnished. The room has a private toilet just outside that will be completely yours but the shower room is shared by 1 other person.
Wi-Fi is included in the rent but the rest of the bills are separate.
The 2 staying in the flat are lovely young professionals and very tidy and considerate flat mates. They’re both social and respect boundaries and privacy.
The tenancy will be for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.
