Double Room Available - Castlefield, Manchester

Hey there,

I'm in search of someone to sublet my room in our 2-bed apartment located at Pomona Wharf, 2 Waterways Avenue in Castlefield.

I'll be heading back to my hometown, and the room will be available from April 30th. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can commit to a minimum stay of 2 months, but we can discuss this further if needed.

Rent is £570 per month per person, including broadband. Bills for council tax and energy typically range from £100 to £120 per month per person.

The apartment comes fully furnished with all the amenities you need. You'll be sharing the space with my friend, who's a professional and usually works from the office. She's pretty laid-back, so I'm hoping to find someone who'll get along with her well.
