Just gauging some interest while my landlord sorts out the administrative side of moving…

I’m hoping to move out in the first week of July and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st July until 4th September 2024.

The current rent is £665 each pcm (this includes broadband) - but may go up slightly when the contract is renewed (I’ll have to ask landlord).
Council tax is £86 each.

Bills are about £95 each (approx) 🌼💫 Meaning that overall your monthly cost comes to no more than £850-900.

A bit about the flat 🌱🪴 it’s a fully furnished 2 bed 2 bathroom in Castlefield, and is a 15 minute walk from deansgate and 5 minute walk from the Cornbrook tram stop. The flat faces onto the garden courtyard which is lovely, especially in summer.

Professionals preferred for council tax reasons please. We’re ideally looking for working professionals 26+ and earners above £23,000 for referencing purposes.
