Stylish En-Suite Double Room in Castlefield

Hi everyone,

My name is Dimitris, and I am looking for a new flatmate to move into our flat!

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy (31st July), so I am looking for someone to take his room. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Note: You would only need to bring or buy a desk and a chair if you want one in your room.

The flat is in very good condition, centrally located, with supermarkets and gyms within walking distance. There is parking available if required, and it is also next to a canal, offering pleasant views and opportunities for leisurely walks.

Bills are around £163 per month, including council tax which is Band D.

A bit about me - I am 34 years old and work at a digital marketing agency. I work two days in the office and three days from home. I have pretty chill evenings after work, usually going to the gym. As a person, I am friendly and easygoing. I like the place where I live to be clean and tidy, so I would appreciate the same from the new person. It would be lovely to find someone who can be a friend as well as a flatmate, but I am very respectful of people wanting their own space too!
