Double room with privet bathroom

A big double room with access on to a large balcony (there is work been done on balcony till October) but from then on chilled nights overlooking media city and the canal.

I am looking for someone to move in to the spare room double and furnished. I am artsy, love movies, nights in and don't mind a night out.

Looking for someone who is easy to get on with and respectful of the property and myself. Ideally wish to also house a fellow gay person.

Parking isn't included, very close to cornbrook tram stop but also around a 20 minute walk up the canal to the city centre. A verity of shops and bars near by to check out.

Great views on the 9th floor.

Looking for someone not working from home as I do four days on four days off and wouldn't want to disturb anyone.
