Double room + ensuite in friendly flatshare

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded new flatmate to join me in my current flat. It’s based in Castlefield (close to Cornbrook tram so travel is easy), the building is pet friendly, has 24hr concierge, a communal area, along with a gym and garden space.

The images are all just standard from the building’s website whilst I find the time to get good ones of the actual flat, but they all look almost exactly the same, other than this flat has more personal touches. Pictures of this one/a virtual tour can be available on request though.

The flat’s fully furnished & quite spacious as it’s a corner unit so there’s plenty of storage space - along with a washing machine & dishwasher. The room also comes with its own bathroom so no need to share! Rent is £705pcm (including broadband) and bills come to around £150.

I work hybrid so I’m mostly out in the daytime, so anyone else working remotely, hybrid or fully in the office is welcome. I really don’t want to be strangers with the person I live with, so hope we can get on and occasionally enjoy a good takeaway/tv binge or trip to the pub - I’m also a bit of geek so common interests welcome but it’s not a must.

I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful (but understand places often look lived in, it doesn’t need to be a showhome). I also need someone that’s pet-friendly as I have a small dog (her name’s Buffy, she’s tiny, fluffy and very friendly❤️) so someone who’d prefer living around a dog would be a bonus - also if you have your own pet/s they’d be more than welcome!

The flat is available from mid-July but happy to be flexible on that. I’d be happy to sort out viewings and/or chat over coffee to answer any questions about the area/flat and to see if it’s a good fit, so feel free to reach out❤️
