Double room in Castlefield 🏠🏳️‍🌈🪴

👋 Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room come August as he’s moving out.

The flat is based in Castlefield on the canal which is gorgeous in summer. About a 5min walk from cornbrook 🚃, we have a little Tesco; coop and big sainos within walking distance 🏃‍♂️.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself as I currently have the en suite 🚿.

Kitchen/living area is shared, have most kitchen bits if you don’t; happy with sharing if you are, may need to pick up some bits but can look at getting this sorted to make it less stressy 🍽️.

Me: I’m a friendly and easy-going ‘young professional’ that romanticises anything and everything. Lamps and candles over the big lights always.

I work fully remote at the moment but tend to visit communal work spaces to get me out the flat 🌞.

I’m pretty into the gym/running; so tend to be out in the evening or visiting my fam up north on the weekends if I’m not cycling/travelling somewhere 🪴.

Bills tend to come to around £150-160 with council tax inc 💵.

Building comes with a roof terrace and communal work space on the canal; we also have a concierge/security that runs around late nights. Perks of me wfh is also being a concierge signing for your parcels 📦 .

Looking for someone like minded, have lived with guys in the past and wouldn’t mind switching it up and having a female flatmate.
