Double room in Castlefield 🪴

Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room from June 3rd as she’s moving out to go travelling.

The flat’s in Castlefield, right on the canal, which is gorgeous in summer. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Cornbrook, with a little Tesco, a Co-op, and a big Sainsbury’s all within walking distance. With central being about a 15-20 walk.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself.

The building has a roof terrace and communal workspace on the canal, and there’s concierge/security covering late nights and sign for parcels when we’re not in.

Rent is £1375 in total which we’d split between us and bills (water, WiFi, electric, council tax) come to around £160-190 each.

Me; I’m pretty easy-going, I split my time between working from home and heading into the office a couple times a week. I like to stay active, so you’ll usually find me at the gym or out for a run in the evenings.

Big fan of eating out but I try to meal prep here and there too. I enjoy my own space, keep things clean and tidy, and looking for someone who’s the same vibe.
