1 Double room in 2 bed flat with ensuite

I am sadly leaving my lovely flat for a job in London, it is located in castlefield, with an ensuite and parking space in the basement. Fully Furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher. It would be taking over the last two months of my tenancy (short term let) from 29th July to 29th September. There is a chance to move in slightly early if all the checks have gone through with the estate agents.

Bills - water is included, Electricity is around £45 each a month and wifi is £11 each

My current flat mate Keating is a lovely 25 year old working in an Architecture practice. She works in the office and from home.

There is currently cladding works going on so there is no access to the balcony, but has an amazing view since we are on the top floor. The proposed works are meant to finish in September.
