Double bed room available in Castefield/Deansgate

Hi, a room available is available to move in at One regent apartments. It has a double bed with closet, mirror, heater and two side tables. The main bathroom has a bathtub and will be solely for you as the other flatmate has an en-suite washroom.

The living room has a couch, a work desk (if you need to work from home), a dishwasher, an oven, fridge/freezer, electric hob, washer/dryer, dining tables/chairs and a balcony.

The building is well maintained, has a concierge and an open space on the first floor overlooking the canal. It is less than 10mins walking away from the Regent Retail Park, which has a big Sainsburys, JD gym, JD store, Boots, Home bargains, Poundland, costa and many other places.

My current flatmate would prefer someone who is clean and tidy, non-smoker, gives space but also is social.

Rent without bills is 650 per person.
Bills add upto approximately 200 a month per person.
