Currently living with Emily who is 24, sociable and looking for someone who she can also be friends with, as well as a flatmate! We would be looking for a young professional in order to pass reference checks.
The rent is £625 including Wi-Fi and bills come to around £100 per person, including council tax.
The flat is a ten minute walk from the tram station and by the canal so it’s super well connected to town.
The room is a double room with views over the canal, you will have your own bathroom. The flat has a balcony overseeing the canal.
The building is pet friendly, there are parking spaces for i believe £75-£85pcm, youd have to enquire about availability.
