The kitchen is furnished with all that is necessary, including a fridge, cooker, and washing machine. I am happy to share my airfryer, water heater, microwave, and other stuff with you, provided you are neat and tidy. Now, here's the best part- the room is ensuite which means you will never have to wait for anyone to do your business, as you will have your bathroom and toilet to yourself.

The icing on the cake is that you get to live with a quiet but fun young professional as house mate. He likse to cook and watch movies, and who knows, you both can be buddies or cordial flatmates. The house is on the ground floor with access to the garden, so you can chit chat or just stay in your rooms and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Prime location, as it is a 20-minute walk from the city center and close to places you will need. There are two supermarkets in close proximity, so you will never have to worry about food.
