Flatmate wanted on a new modern ensuite

The ensuite is at Botanica Residence, 14th floor. The building is fairly new, opened nearly 2 years ago. It comes with amazing amenities, fully equipped kitchen, modern interior bathroom & living room and a rare view from the apartment that overlooks media city. You have access to residence terraces, hang out/working-space lounges; game room; 24hr gym. The Cornbrook's tram station is nearly meters away and there are bus stations close as well.
My flatmate is expected to move out by the end of October. I’m looking for someone who is respectful of other’s space but also open to socialize and do various activities together. Also, taking care of the apartment, especially common areas, and contributing on its maintenance are fundamentally required. I prefer to not host gatherings during the week, but on some occasions on the weekends, why not?
