Double room super close to the city centre!

I’m moving out of my current tenancy here. The lads living here are great, super sociable but respectable of others space, only reason I’m leaving is because I’m going travelling.

I’m leaving in just under a week so needs to be someone that can move in pretty swiftly.

The location is amazing, 10 minutes walk from the city centre, loads of gyms nearby if you’re into your fitness as well. The actual flat has a big communal living area/kitchen, and the best feature is the rooftop terrace. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one of the guys, the other lad has his own en suite.
