En-suite double bedroom near Deansgate

I’m looking for a flatmate for the second room in my apartment within the stunning Vox building. My current housemate is moving away!

About the apartment
You’ll have your own private en-suite and access onto the balcony from the living room with great views of the city. The bedroom is fully furnished, it has 2 bedside tables, a double bed, and a walk-in wardrobe space!

In the living area there is large fridge-freezer, sofa, tv, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.

The building itself has a rooftop running track and gym, residents lounge (good space if you need to WFH), resident community events, 24 hour concierge, a post room and free coffee machines throughout the building.

It is only a 2 min walk to Cornbrook tram stop, and 15 minutes walk to Deansgate or Spinningfields.

You also have the option of paying extra to have your car in the car park!

The total, including all bills, is likely to come to between £875-£950.

About me
I work in the city centre with the odd working from home day. I enjoy going to the gym, going out for a drink, and having quiet ones in!

During the weekends I will spend time with friends or with my partner, travel out of the city, nights out, or a quiet ones in watching films.

Ideally I would be looking for someone who would be up for doing things together but also respectful of personal space and keeping the apartment clean.
