Double room available to rent from November as I’m leaving to go travelling, you’d be living with Jacob who is a sociable 24 year old guy and soon to be starting a new lab role for the NHS.

The room itself is on the smaller side however it is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There are also two bathrooms in the flat so you would have a bathroom to yourself.

The flat is in a great location directly next to the deansgate towers and less than a 5 minute walk to Deansgate station and tram stop. Asda and Aldi are also shorts walks away.

The rent alone is £497.50 pp pcm (£670 inc bills). The contract would be a six month minimum and following that it is a rolling contract so you would just be required to give the estate agents 1 months notice to end or change the tenancy.

Jacob is learning to drive however doesn’t own a car so for now you’d be free to use our private parking space in the building garage.
