Double bedroom flat in Castlefield - girls preferred

Hi,

I’m moving out of my current flat (moving date TBC) and looking for someone to replace me.

Such a lovely 2 bed flat with a balcony. The sunset is stunning! Nice big double boded room. All the furniture apart from the black set of drawers is included with the bedroom.
Nice big kitchen/lounge. The bedroom has exclusive use of the big main bathroom.

My flatmate is lovely and she is really easy to get on with and cleans up after herself. My flatmate would like to have another girl in flat, so please don’t message/apply if you’re a boy (sorry).

There isn’t parking that comes with the flat but there is parking in the building and people advertise their space on the building Facebook chat. There is also paid parking at the big Sainsbury’s which is 5 minute walk away.

The flat is a 15/20 minute walk into town so really central and such a great location

The moving date is TBC but looking to move in the next few weeks or so. You’ll have to go with referencing through my landlord but generally is an easy process.

Hoping to sort out viewing next weekend ish.
