It's in a great location: it's a 5 minute walk from a Tesco Express, a 10 minute walk from Deansgate train station/tram stop, and a 15 minute walk to Regents Road retail park (with a big Sainsbury's, Boots, JD gym). There are good local pubs and bars, and easy access to the canal tow-paths if you fancy a walk or run.
The flat is in council tax band C, the total bills (including council tax) are approximately £155 per person per month.
