Double room available: great location 🏠

Hey hey :)

We've got a room available to rent from the 1st November on the edge of Castlefield/Salford area.

It's pretty central, max 20 minute walk into the centre with 2 tram stops within a 10min walk (cornbrook and deansgate)

Total bills are ~£680 with Wifi included (rent, water, electric and council tax (Band D)) and parking is available but it will be extra a month :)

The flat itself is actually pretty spacious, we've got a balcony that overlooks the river, the kitchen is a decent size and we have three (THREE!!) toilets, they sometimes have really nice events in the shared space downstairs so overall a really nice vibe. We've put minimum 4 months as this is when our original tenancy ends but we're most likely going to extend. - we’ve got a video of the flat/room but can only upload pictures so feel free to ask for this 💛

We met on spare room and have been best friends since! both of us are relatively new(ish) to Manchester so still go out to new places quite a lot.
We loveeeeee a karaoke night, a good giggle and who doesn't love a pint???
When the sun likes to make an appearance you'll likely find us at the Wharf for a pint, chips and peppercorn sauce.

We both work full time and both have wfh days once/twice a week and we also go out quite frequently to see friends / family, so there’s a good chance you’ll have the place to yourself sometimes! but when we are together we like to chill, have dinner together, watch movies or share a bottle(s 👀) of wine.
We can also be really introverted though and only communicate via memes, or maybe even not at all 🤣

Both pretty big foodies too; we love having friends over for dinner or drinks or movie or games nights so we’d love someone that enjoys doing everything from being completely non-verbal to dancing out on the balcony.

Overall we both just go off of vibes, so please don't be scared to reach out and we're happy to go for a coffee or a pint to see if we get along <3
