Existing flatmate is female and has lived here for 4 years. She’s looking for someone to replace me at the end of November (27th) as I will be moving in with my partner.

Rent is £675 each and comes with a free parking space, which we rent out for £150 a month. This money is then used to pay for monthly water and electric bills! Council tax band is C (£76 each). Tenancy would be 6 months minimum with the ability to then move on to rolling monthly.
