The flat is a bright space with an ensuite (including a bathtub), walk-through wardrobe and a balcony with uninterrupted views of the entire city and into the Peak District. (The view is better than in the reference pictures!) Your room is the one on the left-hand side of the floorplan.
24/7 staffed concierge / security guards at the entrance. There is a secure postroom. There is also a Co-op store in the ground floor of the building. The building is fully accessible by lift. There are also free coffee machines across the building and a friendly cat lives in the lobby.
There is the option to rent a parking spaces in a secure gated garage if required. Alternatively, there are free resident bike racks with CCTV monitoring behind fob-operated doors.
I am laid-back and friendly and I am looking for someone who is the same! But you must be clean and respect the communal kitchen/living room. I am a full-time lawyer who works weekdays, splitting my roughly equally between the flat (in my room) and the office. I spend a fair amount of my free-time away from the flat, but I like having someone to chat to when I am at home in the evenings.
Please note that you will have to pass referencing and affordability checks. The threshold for affordability is around £25,000 P/A. If you do not earn enough for the threshold, you will need to nominate a guarantor.
