Looking for a female to take over a double room in Castlefield from the end of December 2024/the new year.

The flat itself in the Pomona Wharf development; it has three bedrooms with a large kitchen/dining room/living space, a balcony overlooking the River Irwell and a shared bathroom. The building itself runs seasonal events in the foyer and has secure parcel lockers in each corridor.

The ensuite is a good size, has a bath with a shower over the top and built-in shelving.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and we also have an Amazon Fire stick with the vast majority of streaming services on it.

The flat is less than 10 minute's walk from Cornbrook tram stop, with Co-op, Tesco Express, big Sainsbury’s nearby or Aldi just down the road opposite Old Trafford. It’s also less than 10 minutes on the tram into town or about 20-25 minute walk down the canal paths.

Mae and Minnie live here, who love the odd night out/pub trip as well as a chilled one in watching a film or TV. Both work from home a couple of days a week. We’re looking for someone like-minded, clean, sociable but also independent.

Bills: Electric, Council tax (Trafford, Band D) and water usually come to around £120 per month - we each take care of a bill and settle up with each other through Splitwise. Car parking is available for an additional cost and is paid at the same time as rent - £75/month for outside the building.
