Hi! Looking for someone to takeover my gorgeous 1 bed flat due to change in circumstances.

It technically has 2 rooms because of the “winter garden” which I use as my office to WFH but can be used for anything really! Agent told me was used by another tenant for her lash business. Also, brand new mattress which is so comfy!

Building has 24hr security/concierge. A lush terrace at the top of the building which will be amazing in the summer. Building is very clean and well looked after/managed too.

Council tax band C.

Cornbrook tram is 8 min walk away and deansgate tram & train station 7 min walk away in opposite direction so great transport links! You’re also in Deansgate within 10mins which is great for nightlife. On the other side you’re also close to The Wharf etc and Regents Retail Park so just really well connected!

Move in date is negotiable but as soon as possible really.

It is honestly a steal and I’m very sad to be leaving!
