1x Dbl Room in 2 bed 2 bath flat, Castlefield

Hi!
I’m looking for a roommate to move into the double bedroom in my 2 bed apartment, with a tenancy start date on the 1st of December.
I’ve been to view the apartment and it’s in great condition, the ad sums it up well:
“A recently updated two double bedroom, two bathroom, second floor apartment with juliette balcony. Situated in the extremely sought after *** development in Castlefield, offering a tranquil setting whilst also being close to Deansgate, Spinningfields, and the ring road.”
There are two bathrooms, so the one pictured will be all to yourself.

A bit about me… I work in the office 5 days a week and would be nice to live someone on a similar schedule but it’s definitely not a deal breaker! I’m quite chill, I go to the gym after work and usually like to keep myself busy like going out for dinner, taking drives to explore new places and catching up with friends in cute cafes. Hopefully these are things we can do together as well:) That being said I am also independent and like my own space sometimes just to recharge.

I’m looking for someone that’s respectful, considerate of noise levels and likes to keep things clean and tidy. You will get the same in return!😊

Ultimately, I would like to be friends and not just roommates. Hopefully we can make the apartment feel like a home together. Sophie x
