I’ve found a flat in Castlefield (St. George’s Island) that I’m super keen to make an offer on, and I am the only person who can until Wednesday 20th November, which is obviously quite an advantageous position! It is south-west facing so is super bright and lovely, it has a corner balcony that extends the full length of the flat, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, concierge service and each room has its own bathroom (yours would be the ones pictured - let me know if you want to see photos of the other room). The scaffolding that's pictured has been removed and works on the building next to it will be finished within a couple weeks.

Rent is 1300pcm between us (650 each) and I imagine bills will come to no more than 200pcm but I’m hoping more like 150, and the council tax band is C.

Hi! I’m a 22 year old graduate, originally from Bristol, l have just finished my first degree in Leeds, and am starting a NHS mental health trainee job in January. I’m looking to share with a female professional in their early-mid 20s, and it would be great if you were available to meet for a coffee or something over the next few days to see how we get on! A bit about me - I love cooking, going to the gym, padel, finding new coffee spots, markets, vintage/charity shopping, festivals and going out for food or a few pints in the pub (but I don’t do clubbing). I’m also v much into chilling on the sofa with a good movie/tv series. I’m quite clean and considerate so looking for someone who is the same (not going to lose my head over a couple of dishes just cba with constant mess).

With my new job I will be doing some WFH and studying outside of working hours to work towards a PGDip, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t WFH full time.

(BTW the flat does come with a parking space but I am bringing a car as it’s necessary for my job. However this does mean I can drive us to the cheap supermarkets and take us on road trips !)
