Gorgeous flat with chill flatmates in castlefield

Gorge flat in modern complex close to Cornbrook tram stop. Includes rooftop gym, terrace, co working space, studio, free coffee machine, secured post room and concierge. The management company are really helpful & have their own app for easy contact and also occasionally host social events.

The flat is so lovely - 3 bed and 2 bathroom, open plan kitchen/ living room space with loads of light/ big windows and a balcony. The bedroom available is fully furnished with an open wardrobe space and shared bathroom. Living with 2 chill and fun girls who are clean and great to live with - 27 & 29 full time professionals with a mix of home and office working. I’m super sad to move out but am heading off travelling. Looking for someone to take over the last month of my tenancy from early January & then the girls will be looking to renew the tenancy again (minimum of 6 months contract).

Looking for somebody who is chill, clean, likes to chat, maybe watch tv/ wholesome activities in the week and then occasional pub on the weekend. Working professional female in their late 20s (no students cause of council tax sorry!).

Rent is 590 (but may go up slightly at tenancy renewal - last time it went up by £20 each). The flat is Council tax band E so with this, electricity and water it comes to about £700 with bills.
