Double room with own bathroom

Hi, I have a furnished double room available for rent in Castlefield, it's just on the doorstep of the city centre. The flat is also about a 5-minute walk away from a Deansgate Station. Tesco Express is 5 minutes away, and a larger Sainsbury’s is also about 15 minutes away.

The room comes with sole use of a bathroom since I have an ensuite. The apartment also has a washing machine and high-speed internet (500mbps up and down).

Bills are £150 extra and cover water, electricity, council tax, and internet. Council tax is Band D.

There’s no parking included, but there’s an underground car park, and some residents rent out spaces, so that’s an option.

I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and considerate. I’d prefer someone independent but I am also open to socialising now and again. I’m a software engineer, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Short-term rentals are also an option for a slightly higher price.
