Pomona wharf

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement of my current flatmate who’s planning to vacate the apartment in the first week of January 2025 for a month as he’s visiting his family.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Pomona Wharf, Castlefield. Tesco and Coop are under 6-7 minutes walk and there’s a retail park within a 10 mins walk with a huge Sainsbury’s, JD gyms, Poundland etc. Nearest tram station is Cornbrook which is under a 10 mins walk and Deansgate Castlefield Station is a 15-18 mins walk.

We also have a concierge that’s not 24 hours but is really helpful and a social backyard with good views of the canal.

I am 25 years old and I work in Hospitality. I work 5-6 days a week so mostly I’m out of the apartment. I don’t mind having friends over in the apartment as well as house parties until the apartment is clean. I enjoy socialising and prefer to maintain a chill vibe in the apartment as well as with my flatmate.
