I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a modern flat near the city centre. The room is super spacious, with loads of natural light, and it comes with its own ensuite bathroom. There’s also a private door that leads out to the balcony, which has been such a nice feature to have.

The flat is available from 27th December, and my tenancy runs until 20th February. After that, you’re more than welcome to renew for another year. There’s a £50 non-refundable fee to update the contract.

My current flatmate is super chill. She works in hospitality, so you’ll often have the place to yourself during the day and night.

The Location
• Just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.
• Bus stop right outside with routes to Trafford and Piccadilly Gardens.
• Tesco Express downstairs for quick groceries.
• 10-minute walk to Regent Retail Park (JD Gym, Sainsbury’s, and more).
• Deansgate Tram Stop: 10-minute walk.
• Cornbrook Tram Stop: 8-minute walk.

The Building
• 24-hour concierge – super helpful and secure.
• Secure parcel room (accessed by staff, ID needed for collection) – no lost packages here!
• The building is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Rent & Bills
• Rent: £750/month.
• Bills: ~£146.50 (Council Tax £100, Gas £26.50, Water ~£20).
• Total: ~£896.50/month.

Car Parking
• Parking available directly behind the building (fees apply).

Availability
• Move-in: 20th December. My tenancy ends on 20th February, but you’re welcome to renew for another year.
• A £50 non-refundable fee is required to update the contract.
