Looking for a flatmate available to move in from 22 January 2025. Flat is based in Castlefield by Regent Road with good access (15 minute walk max) to the Deansgate and Cornbrook tram stops. Can see the Aviva Studios from the balcony and is close to the Regent Road retail park.

Pictures are attached. Flat is fully furnished, cosy, and maintains heat well in the winter and remains comfortable in the summer months. Living room and kitchen are communal and are decorated with plants and framed pictures etc but welcome someone to add their own flourish as well . There are two bedrooms and bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The room you would take is the smaller of the two but has exclusive use for the main bathroom which contains a shower and bathtub.

I am available to provide a tour of the flat from 28 December to those interested who might be a good fit.

I’m a full time Civil Servant working in Manchester City Centre minimum 3 days a week. I’m out a few nights a week but value a relaxed space at home and being comfortable with who I’m sharing the flat with. I run a casual film club with friends and participate in a book club. Am often out at the pub with friends and am always trying to be a bit more cultural and take in some shows, gigs, and club events particularly in some of the more off grid spaces. Favourite places (or where I spend most my time!) are HOME cinema, White Hotel, Whiskey Jar, The Angel and Soup.

Looking for someone on a similar wavelength that’s easy to get on with. Have had luck in finding people that have ended up as good mates and keen to carry that on as it helps foster a good vibe when living together. Can discuss more including setting up viewings for anyone interested via DM.
