I’m looking for a new housemate to take over a double room which comes fully furnished with 2 bedside tables and wardrobe.

Rent is £640 per month (including £15 each for water)

The flat has 2 double rooms, a shared kitchen and living room with one shared bathroom.

I currently have the parking space but if you do have a car then you will be able to rent another at an additional cost.

Cornbrook Tram Stop - 10 mins walk
Tesco Extra - 5 Mins walk
Morrisons - 5 mins walk
City Centre - 15 min walk

The cladding works are currently being done on the building but this is expected to be finished by the end of January so can enjoy the balcony in the summer months

Little bit about me:

I’m a 28 yr old working professional and usually work from the city centre 2/3 days a week and the rest at the flat. I’m a sociable easy going individual who likes to keep things clean and tidy.

Usually after work I am at the gym/ or running and then like to chill watching a series or film.

On weekends I enjoy an occasional night out or eating out. But also like to have a chilled night in. I also enjoy watching the footy

I am LGBTQ+ so if you are chill with this then we’ll get on fine!

I am respectful of space but would be nice to find a friend over just a flatmate
