Modern double room avail in Castlefield from April

Urgent!!!
My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of April so I will be moving into his room and my room will then be available.

We have a double room available to rent right in the heart of castlefield that comes with your own bathroom. It’s furnished with a double bed, several bedside dressers, a set of drawers and a full sized wardrobe.

The place itself is a modern flat, with shared living space, a large kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and a nice balcony overlooking the canal. We also have very high speed WiFi.
Super close to public transport links and only a 5 minute walk to get yourself into the heart of town.

Rent is 660 per month and bills usually come to 150-200 depending on the season (council tax band D).

The letting agency require the usual checks and no ccj’s or defaults.

Just a quick bit about me - I’m a working professional and usually in the office twice a week. I’m quite chill and easy going, like things to be tidy but not that bothered if things get a bit messy from time to time. Happy to hang out or give you space. Honestly whatever works to make it an easy time together.
