Room available in 2 bed flat

Hey :)

I have a room available in 2 bed flat, rent is £600 pcm, altogether with bills is around £760 pcm.

I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and my current flatmate is moving away. I really love the building and the area, it’s quiet and extremely safe. I’d like to stay here so I’m hoping to find someone that wants to live here too!

The kitchen and living space is very big, as well as the room, which is the bigger one in the flat and has an en-suite. The bills include WiFi, council tax and electricity. The building is a 10 minute walk from Cornbrook, 14 minute walk from deansgate station and about a 20 minute walk into the city centre.

As for me, my name is Alex and I’m 22. I work in a school so I am out of the flat from 8-5. I am also currently doing my masters one day a week so I do not work Thursdays but will also not be in the flat then. Because I work in a school I do get school holidays off so I will be around then, but not in the way!

I’m looking for a female who is sociable and friendly, I enjoy doing fun things in the city, occasionally going out and trying new restaurants. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I’m also a vegetarian but I don’t mind living with someone who eats meat (as long as they’re clean and respectful of that).

The room is available now, there would need to be a referencing process and a deposit put down.
