Looking for someone to take over my bronze studio from mid-June until 5th September. The studio is located on an upper floor with beautiful views of Manchester city and the Kimpton Clocktower. With east-facing windows, the room stays bright and comfortably cool during summer.

🛏️ The studio is self-contained, with a private bathroom and kitchen, and comes fully furnished — including a TV.
💰 The official rent is £321/week, but I'm offering it at only £190/week, all bills included!
🎁 I'm also giving away useful extras for free.
