Castlefield double room with en-suite

Hi I'm Nadia, I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate's tenancy from the 1st June as she is moving back to Prague. I'm looking for preferably a female who has a similar professional lifestyle, so a similar shift pattern (9-5 Monday to Friday) and max 2 days working from home. I really like a clean and tidy space and I'm quite minimalist so would like to live with someone who can also prioritise the cleanliness of the communal areas.

I'm a sociable person and would like to get along with the person I live with, I'm a big foodie love to go out to eat and try new food spots and like to cook as well. I don't really party much anymore, love to make the most of my rent haha. I often go out for dinners and drinks in the week and at weekends though and I love to travel!

The current rent is £625 and the tenancy renews on 8th December 2026 on a year contract. Bills (water, electricity and council tax) come to around £160 each per month, the council tax band is C and the internet is included in the rent. Parking is available for £100 per month in a gated car park.

Your room includes an open wardrobe, 2 side tables and a chest of drawers. You will have your own bathroom with a shower over the bath. We have an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room with a balcony that overlooks the tram line.

The nearest tram stop is Cornbrook which is a 10 minute walk away. You can walk into Deansgate within 20 mins.
