I am looking for a friendly person to replace me in a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat in Manchester City. Flexible move-in/out date and flexible length (2-4months) of renting a room, but important that the person is neat/tidy and maintains friendly environment with the existing flatmate.
All Bills are included in the rent (Council tax, Heating, Water, Electricity, Super fast Wi-Fi)

THE ROOM: Newly furnished double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. Comfortable double bed with a new mattress and wardrobes. Room is new and clean, with a city view and is the larger one in the flat. Large table for the home office, comfortable office chair and large monitor.

THE FLAT: The flat has a washer and dryer, and a modern kitchen including dishwasher. Living room has TV and super fast Wi-fi. Balcony is on the 4th floor with a view to the city. Available free Bike Storage.

THE FLATMATE: Friendly and respectful 30 years old professional. He works as a Manager in the Manchester office all weekdays, regularly attends the gym and travels.
