Amenities include a washer/dryer, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and coffee machine. Plenty of fridge space for the three of us and a rather large TV (thanks Matt 🙏)

The building:
- The building has a concierge desk where parcels are delivered to safely. There is also a separate postal room only accessible by key fob (individual locks on post box).
- There is access to an outdoor seating area exclusive to tenants of the building.

Location:
- The flat is situated right on the edge of Castlefield and Salford, we are a 5 minute walk from Aviva studios
- Located 10-15mins walk from both Deansgate tram/rail station and Cornbrook tram station.
15 minute walk to spinningfields/deansgate
- Easy access to media city
- We are never more than a ten min uber journey from anywhere within the city centre


Your housemates:

Charlie:
I work in banking 10-6 most days with the odd weekend shift once a month. I work at home a couple of time a week and always do my weekend shift in the office (so won’t have to worry about noise during weekend)
I have lots of random interests and just generally quite a laid back person.

Matt:
Works as a VJ, doing lighting and visuals for music events. Matt has a varied schedule but mostly works in his office or away on tour.

Rent/bills
Rent is about 560 and bills (wifi, tax, water and electric) total 160

Deposit is £654.00
