Flatmate needed ASAP for February tenancy

As my flatmate has moved out I need someone to sign a new 12 month tenancy with :)

About the flat:

It's a 2 bed with the bedrooms either side of the kitchen and living space. You will have your own en suite with shower as well as a walk in wardrobe eith lots of storage space.

The living space is all furnished (kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, airfryer) so you only need furniture for your own room. I have lots of cutlery, containers and plates but feel free to add your own. Noise travels as the walls are thin so be mindful!

Council tax band D - £86
Water - £15
WiFi - £17.50 (350mb fibre broadband)
Electric - £55-£66 per month on average
EPC rating - B

About the building:

The flat is in a building called The Trilogy which has a 24 hour front desk, parcel lockers, lovely communal spaces (courtyard space, sofas, co-working space) as well as a gym and free tea and coffee! It's location is fantastic and so convenient:

- 6 mins from cornbrook where you can get any tram
- 2 minute walk away from the co-op under the Vox building
- 5 minute walk away from a Tesco express.
- 15 minute walk to regent retail park which has a massive Sainsbury's and a home bargains
- There's also a really good Chinese right across the road.

A bit about me:

I am a secondary school teacher that likes to keep things clean and tidy wherever possible. I also love to cook and bake regularly. I am vegan but don't worry I'm non-judgemental!

I'm fairly easy going, but as my job is quite draining and I'm neurodivergent I need space to recharge so please don't be offended if you don't see me around or I'm not very chatty; I'm probably either working or sleeping! I really enjoy eating out, going to the gym, theatre shows and trying new things. I play softball regularly and love comedy. Also part of the LGBTQ+ family 🏳️‍🌈
