My current flatmate has been given the opportunity to move in with their partner at the end of September, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take their place from 1 October in our Deansgate/Castlefield flat until the tenancy runs out at the end of June next year.

📍Deansgate/Castlefield, couple minutes walk from Deansgate Station and 10/15 mins walk into town

🛏️Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom & shower, fully furnished including a two-seater sofa (can be removed if needed – open to discussion)
💰 Rent: £562.50 pcm
Bills: approx. £180 pcm including Council Tax (Band D), Electricity, Internet and Water

👋 About Me
- 28, cis queer man, neurodivergent
- Working full-time in PR/Marketing (mostly remote apart from two days a month in the office – home most of the time)
- Chill and friendly, but also value quiet time and personal space

🔍 Looking For:
- A working professional
- Preferably someone also LGBTQ+
- Someone who’s friendly, respectful, and down for a chat
- Appreciates space and doesn't party at home every weekend
- Someone with NO pets (unfortunately we're not allowed to have one)
Someone who is committed to staying until at least the end of the current tenancy
