Room to rent in 2-bed flat Castlefield/Deansgate

Sadly my flatmate is leaving to move to London so I have a double room to rent in a 2-bed flat off Liverpool Road between Castlefield and Deansgate.

Rent is £625 each per month and bills including internet, electric, water and council tax are £160 per month. An admin fee of £60 will need to be paid for a name change and the deposit is £650. The contract will be a rolling contract with two months notice required as per the new Renters Rights rules.

The flat is fully-furnished, with a shared bathroom and bright kitchen and living space. 5 min walk from Deansgate train station and tram stop, 15 mins from Oxford Road station, 20 min walk to Picadilly gardens. No parking is available.

The room available is light and airy with two windows, triple wardrobes, with space above and two side tables. There is a Jack and Jill door from your bedroom to the shared bathroom as well as hallway.

About me - I’m 33 and work full time in marketing, usually 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. In the week, I go to the gym cook dinner and chill with the occasional dinner plan, at weekends I’m often out and about at gigs, or social events with friends. I’m outgoing, clean and love going out for food and drinks as much as binging Netflix. I would like to find someone like-minded to share the flat (and maybe a bottle of wine) with ❤️
