Room for 1 month (August) in MCR Cornbrook ✨

Hello! I’m the current flatmate & moving out for my work, relocating from Manchester.

The place is available from 8th - 27th August (I can move out earlier if needed, please reach out). I’m ideally looking for someone to live just for those days - whether you’re arriving for next year’s Sept intake & need a place to crash, or just a place for a temporary solution while you look for a place to live.

Please note that as the tenancy ends on 27th August, there may be a few viewings (our agent will contact & I’ll let you know in advance & align, no worries)

It’s a BEAUTIFUL place & I loved living here the last 11 months; it’s a 2 bedroom property with 1 shared washroom (the other tenant is a master’s student in his 30s). There’s plenty of space in a BIG living room, kitchen area with amenities (I’ll leave some of my cooking ingredients back too haha), a washer, an induction stove, an oven, a fridge & nice, cosy balcony. 💯

Please let me know if you have questions. I’m also open to looking for tenants who will live on specific weeks/days but my first preference is obviously someone who’ll take the entire/most of the duration. It’s £750/month bills included so we can do a pro-rata basis of that if you don’t want to move for the entire duration. Thanks!
