We have a room available in our lovely 2-bed flat in Castlefield from 10th August and we’re looking for someone to move in and renew the lease for the next year!
The flat’s in a great spot — just a 2-minute walk to The Wharf, and around 10 minutes to either Cornbrook or Deansgate tram stops. We’re on the 8th floor so it’s super quiet, with amazing views and a big private balcony that’s perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. There’s also a parking space included in the rent, which we currently sublet to someone else in the building since neither of us drive.
Rent is £650pcm plus bills which are around £62 each (not including council tax). Council tax is Band D — so if you’re a working professional with one student flatmate, the 25% discount brings it to about £135/month. Ideally looking for another student for council tax exemption, but open to the right fit. The flat has two double bedrooms, one large shared bathroom, and a bright open-plan kitchen/living space with loads of natural light.
You’d be living with a lovely female flatmate in her 20s — she’s clean, chill, and friendly, works 9–5 (mainly in the office), and is also doing a part-time Master’s. She’s usually at the gym in the mornings so bathroom time never clashes. She's looking for someone tidy and easygoing, who enjoys a relaxed and respectful home environment.
