Resident amenities include downstairs gym, coffee machine and resident garden, frequent resident events and socials (sometimes free snacks🤭)
Rent would be for one month with potential option to extend for six or twelve months afterwards.

Great location and co op, Morrisons local and Tesco are all within 5 minute walking distance.
