Double room for rent, ground floor apartment

Hey! Im Tom. My flatmate is moving out at the end of September so l am looking for someone to move into my spare room.

You will have a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed and the master bathroom. Photos of the room and bathroom are from when I moved in, flatmate hasn't got round to taking any updated ones yet but I can send you photos on request. The furniture in the room has been moved about to maximise space.

The rent is £525 each (potentially raising to £577.50 each) with the rest of the bills (Water, Electricity, Wi-fi, Council Tax) coming to around £200 (depending on usage of course). The bills total roughly £700-£750 each month before the rent increase.

There is a deposit required, which I believe is £525 but will check that.

A little bit about me. Im 27, originally from Middlesbrough and I have lived in Manchester for about 4 years now. I'm a full time software engineer and I work from home so I'm in the flat a lot of the time. There two sides to me. I being active, the gym, outdoors, hiking etc, but I also like sitting on the sofa, playing video games, watching movies and eating junk food.
Really depends what mood you catch me in!

In terms of a flatmate, I would like a professional, male, around the same age and preferably with similar interests! Im clean, tidy, and considerate of my flatmate so l would like someone with a similar vibe.

I like my alone time but also can be quite social, so someone I can get along with and maybe play video games, watch a movie with or hit the gym together would be perfect!
