Ensuite double room in Deansgate/Castelfield area

Hi all,

I'm looking for a female flatmate for my two-bed flat. The available room is an ensuite, fully furnished with bed, desk, closet and chest of drawers.

The living room-kitchen is a lovely bright open space with a small balcony. The flat itself is quiet and super well located, close to all public transport, shops and businesses.

The room is available in the first weeks of October, negotiable depending on my current flatmate's plans. The room is £600/month excluding bills, which come to about 150-200 each.

The building has car parking but it's privately owned, no spot comes with the flat but you may be able to rent one separately.

I'm a 29 year old professional with a busy life, so I'm often out of the flat, in the evenings and for longer periods travelling, I WFH a couple days a week. I Iike the flat to be a calm place but enjoy socialising too. I'm looking to live with someone at a similar stage of life, clean, respectful, etc all the usual qualities of a good flatmate!
